We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Scotia iTRADE Contact Centre team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to our clients through inbound and outbound calls.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized solutions to clients through effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Assist clients with inquiries and transactions related to investment products and services
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and service targets
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice to clients
- Fluency in both English and French
- Strong knowledge of investment products and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high volumes of client calls
