Key Responsibilities:
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff and ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Establish work priorities and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and perform data entry.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures and resolve conflict situations.
Requirements:
  • Efficient interpersonal skills and excellent oral and written communication.
  • Organized and reliable with ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a similar field of employment and required certifications.
Working Conditions:
  • Permanent position with 40 hours per week.
  • Language of work: English.
