Job Title: Office Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Denali Transport Inc. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Office Management: Maintain accurate records, manage office supplies, and ensure the office is well-organized and tidy.
  • Communication: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure seamless communication between team members and stakeholders.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to ensure they are meeting their performance goals.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
