Administrative Coordinator

Leena's Inc is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and responding to electronic enquiries.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Prepare and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients and colleagues.
- Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Equivalent experience in a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Our office is located in a retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre. We offer a fast-paced and dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and development.
