Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at IAW Convenience and Services PVT LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role. They will be responsible for coordinating and planning office services, preparing operating budgets, and assembling data for reports and correspondence.
The successful candidate will be a team player with excellent communication and organizational skills. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Coordinate and plan office services
- Prepare operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Assemble data for reports and correspondence
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Working Conditions:
- 30 to 40 hours per week
- Permanent work term
- English language required
