The Make Group Inc. is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. You will also be responsible for recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, as well as determining and establishing office procedures and routines.

You will schedule and confirm appointments, answer telephone calls and relay messages, and compile data, statistics, and other information. Additionally, you will order office supplies and maintain inventory, greet people, and direct them to contacts or service areas.

You will also be responsible for typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents. If you have experience in administration, you will be able to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines. You will be a team player with strong time management skills and the ability to learn quickly.

The ideal candidate will have a permanent position with 35 to 40 hours of work per week and will be fluent in English. If you are a quick learner and have a positive attitude, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
