Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for purchasing and managing commodities to support our supply chain, driving supplier performance improvement, and developing effective supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Purchasing and managing commodities to support our supply chain
  • Driving supplier performance improvement through scorecards and root cause analysis
  • Participating in supplier calls and updating ERP delivery commitments
  • Developing and maintaining effective supplier relationships
  • Coordinating and reviewing supplier open order reports
  • Providing support to Procurement and Planning teams
  • Managing material reservations, master data maintenance, and lead times
  • Ensuring material receipts support business requirements while optimizing inventory levels
  • Leading process changes and improvements in alignment with best purchasing practices
  • Driving negotiations to improve purchase price variances and indirect spend item cost reductions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Finance
  • 5 years of related experience
  • Experience with Electronics, Machining, and knowledge of PWB/PCBs
  • Knowledge and experience with AS9100 requirements
  • High level of understanding of material and planning processes
  • Experience in working with SAP
  • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
