Job Title: Electronics Engineering Technician

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Engineering Technician to join our team at Skyworks Solutions Canada, Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing electronic equipment, interpreting blueprints and instructions, and assisting in design and development. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electronics and electrical systems, as well as excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret blueprints and instructions to plan methods or sequences of operation
  • Maintain and repair electronic equipment
  • Assist in design and development of electronic systems
  • Test and calibrate electronic equipment and instruments
  • Assist in preparing estimates, schedules, and reports
  • Collect and compile operational or experimental data
  • Set up and operate specialized and standard test equipment to diagnose, test, and analyze the performance of electrical and electronic components, assemblies, and systems
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in electronics engineering or a related field
