Job Title: Senior SharePoint Administrator for Defense Environment

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SharePoint Administrator to support our Defense SharePoint environment, including the design of new forms and workflows with Nintex. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the management of the Defence Solutions SharePoint environment, providing training to users, and supporting new sites brought onto SAP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Site administration of the SharePoint Site, including supporting Help Desk requests.
  • Lead major SharePoint Migration Projects.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and design new forms and workflows.
  • Report cost savings realized by process improvements within SharePoint.
  • Provide backup support for Corporate SharePoint environment as needed.
  • Provide training and guidance for users, as well as additional training for Power Users.
  • Understand systems and business processes related to the products in the assigned portfolio.
  • Support the administration of projects within SharePoint.
  • Coordinate monthly project reviews for the team as required.
  • Provide Ad Hoc financial reporting as requested.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience as a SharePoint Administrator (or similar role) with version 2019+.
  • 2+ years' experience with Nintex for workflow design and automation with version 2019+.
  • Experience working with stakeholders to build use cases and leverage SharePoint capabilities.
  • Understanding of project management and project control procedures.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience within electronic manufacturing or Defence manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with SAP ECC.
  • Proven expertise with project control and project management principles.
