About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Olive Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our healthcare team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including patient files, medical reports, and correspondence.
  • Office Management: Assist with office management tasks, including ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and performing data entry.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Language: Fluency in English
