Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at FAS Consulting Group Ltd. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team members, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to team members, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting materials, including agendas, minutes, and reports.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
