Job Title: Optician - Luxury Retail

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience in our luxury retail stores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice on eyewear selection and fitting to customers
  • Conduct eye exams and take measurements to ensure accurate lens prescriptions
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies
  • Ensure that all optical quality controls are in compliance
Requirements:
  • State licensure or certification by a nationally-recognized opticianary association as an optician
  • 2+ years sales experience in the luxury service industry
  • Knowledge of current optical theory and practices
  • Natural ability in building a client following
  • Sales Experience
  • Polished Appearance
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong Interpersonal skills
  • Resourceful and result driven
  • Computer skills
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends
