Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Licensed Optician to join our team at Carrefour Laval Ray-Ban. As a Licensed Optician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring accurate and timely completion of optical work, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and personalized experience for each customer.
  • Accurately and efficiently complete optical work, including frame selection, lens cutting, and adjustment.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including new releases and promotions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • State licensure or certification as an optician.
  • 2+ years of sales experience in the luxury service industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
