About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bicycle Repair Shop Supervisor to join our team at Ohm Cycles Canada Ltd. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the repair and maintenance of our bicycles, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of our maintenance team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Oversee the repair and maintenance of our bicycles, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Set up and maintain our equipment and machinery, ensuring that they are in good working order.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that our team members are trained and equipped to work safely.
  • Co-ordinate and schedule activities, including apprenticeship training and team meetings.
Requirements
  • 5 years or more of experience in a similar role.
  • Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • Valid driver's licence and own vehicle.
  • Excellent oral communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
