Job Summary
The Assistant Category Manager Wholesale will assist Category Managers in developing their categories. This role will be responsible for:
- Verifying price lists to ensure accuracy;
- Acting as a resource for communication with stores regarding pricing, product, and promotion issues;
- Coordinating the preparation and follow-up of new product listings and circulars with suppliers;
- Assisting Category Managers with other marketing-related tasks (e.g., correcting circulars and tablet cards, expertise programs, preparing debit notes, validating discounts, and in-store rebates).
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, with two years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience);
- Initiative and attention to detail;
- Autonomy and effective communication skills;
- Innovative and creative thinking, with strong organizational skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Knowledge of SAP (an asset);
- Bilingualism (English and French).
