Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our team at Techise Canada Limited.

Responsibilities:
  • Office Administration: Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for employees and management.
  • Data Entry and Management: Accurately enter and maintain data in various software systems, including databases and spreadsheets.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and preparing documents for distribution.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook, is essential. Knowledge of Google Docs is also desirable.
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Working Conditions:
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced office environment with a high level of organization and attention to detail required.
  • Physical Demands: Prolonged periods of sitting, typing, and use of computer equipment.
Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a generous paid time off policy.
