Compensation:

The starting salary for this position is $19.40 per hour, with the potential to increase to $22.65 per hour after three years of service.

Job Description:

As a Guest Services Captain, you will be responsible for leading and supervising our Guest Services team, ensuring that all service standards are met. You will handle guest concerns quickly and effectively, while also attending regular departmental meetings and managing the departmental budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the Guest Services team
  • Handle guest concerns and complaints
  • Attend departmental meetings
  • Manage the departmental budget

Qualifications:

  • Previous leadership experience in guest services
  • Property Management System experience preferred
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications
  • Valid BC Driver's License required
  • Professional presentation essential
