Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Healthcare Coordinator to join our team at Scott Care Pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interview patients to obtain accurate case histories and maintain confidential medical records.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring seamless communication with patients and healthcare providers.
  • Prepare and process insurance claims, maintaining efficient filing systems and adhering to regulatory guidelines.
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines, promoting a productive work environment.
  • Enter and format electronic medical reports, correspondence, and spreadsheets for review and analysis.
  • Maintain accurate financial statements and reports, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Order office supplies and manage inventory, optimizing resource allocation.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required.
  • A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment opportunity with a competitive salary.
  • 40 hours per week, English language of work.
