About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Strategic Business Growth Officer to join our team at SAZAN IT CONSULTING INC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business development initiatives and ensuring the company's continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement policies that drive business growth and expansion.
  • Plan and execute development projects to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Identify and develop venture capital sources to support business growth.
  • Respond to enquiries from members of the business community regarding development opportunities.
  • Prepare reports, research papers, educational texts, and articles to support business growth initiatives.
  • Conduct analytical marketing studies to inform business decisions.
  • Review and evaluate commercial or industrial development proposals to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Design market research questionnaires to gather valuable insights.
  • Develop a portfolio of marketing materials to promote the company's brand.
  • Evaluate customer service and store environments to ensure high standards are met.
  • Design, conduct, and analyze quantitative and qualitative research projects to inform business decisions.
  • Develop online marketing, e-commerce, and website promotion strategies to drive business growth.
  • Ensure the implementation of business plans is aligned with company objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Reliable and efficient time management skills.
  • Team player with excellent client focus.
  • Degree of flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
