Join Our Team as a Travel Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel Management Specialist to join our team at Volkswagen Group Canada Inc. in St. Thomas, ON. As a key member of our ramp-up team, you will play a critical role in determining travel policies and adapting them to local, legal, and corporate requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with preferred travel service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Establish and implement travel policies and procedures to optimize travel expenses and improve employee experience
  • Provide professional support in negotiations with service providers and travel agencies
  • Oversee and control travel expenses in alignment with travel policy guidelines
  • Conduct quality controls and generate reports on processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in travel management, with a focus on corporate travel
  • Experience with SAP Concur and other travel management software
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
