Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of client travel reservations, including domestic and transborder bookings.
  • Develop creative solutions to serve client needs, leveraging your expertise in airline ticketing rules and regulations.

  • Review all reservations for travel policy and procedure compliance, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Support preferred vendor agreements and negotiate contracts to ensure the best possible rates and services for our clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and support for our clients.
Requirements
  • Three years' experience as a corporate travel advisor, with a strong background in airline ticketing and GDS systems.
  • Travel School Graduate preferred, with a focus on corporate travel management.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
