Corporate Travel Specialist

Direct Travel is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Travel Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our Canada West Region Team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional travel experiences for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage all aspects of client travel reservations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Develop creative solutions to meet client needs, leveraging your expertise in travel management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, ensuring you remain a trusted advisor for our clients.
- Review all reservations for compliance with travel policy and procedure.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Three years' experience as a corporate travel advisor.
- Travel School Graduate preferred.
- Experience with Domestic and Transborder reservations.
- Hands-on knowledge of car and hotel reservations.
- Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
