Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of client travel reservations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develop creative solutions to meet client needs, leveraging your expertise in travel management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, applying your knowledge to drive business growth.
  • Review and ensure compliance with travel policies and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • Three years' experience as a corporate travel advisor, with a strong background in travel management.
  • Travel School Graduate or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of airline ticketing rules and regulations, with experience in GDS systems.
