About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Chalo FreshCo. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store is running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, ensuring that they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and ensuring that stock is accurately counted and stored.
    • Organize and maintain inventory, including receiving and processing shipments, and ensuring that stock is properly stored and secured.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
    • Ensure that customers are satisfied with their shopping experience, and that they are aware of any promotions or special offers.
  • Store Operations
    • Oversee the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, and ensuring that the store is clean and well-maintained.
    • Manage store budgets, including controlling expenses and ensuring that the store is operating within budget.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail management role
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and management skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Flexibility and adaptability
Work Environment
