Program Manager Principal Consultant
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective project strategies.
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and communicate status to stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and expectations.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Ensure seamless handoffs between project phases and teams.
- Provide regular project updates and status reports to stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance project delivery.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and lessons learned.
- Show Us What You've Got
- 10+ years of project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
- Experience leading large-scale application development projects, with a focus on software re-write, re-engineering, and re-factoring.
- Ability to lead technical discussions, provide estimates for design and development activities, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent people skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
- Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and clients, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Banking experience is desirable but not necessary.
