Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for customers in a designated region, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Delegate engineered requests within the team, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
- Manage customer portal, retrieving and distributing new purchase orders, updating status and dates.
- Create quotes for parts, services, and non-engineered products, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure proper execution of orders from quotation to final shipment, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers in a timely manner, addressing any concerns or issues.
- Act as a coordinator between service providers and customers, facilitating smooth communication and resolution.
- Maintain correspondence with customers and suppliers, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.
- Assist in managing product returns, ensuring efficient and customer-centric resolution.
- Bachelor's Degree and/or College Diploma in a relevant field.
- Three to Five (3-5) years' experience in a customer service or sales role, with a proven track record of success.

- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
