Bar Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Bar Supervisor to join our team at The Grizzly Paw Pub & Brewing Company. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities- Clean and maintain the bar area, including glassware and draft beer systems.
- Provide expert advice on wine selection and make recommendations to customers.
- Supervise food and beverage servers and other staff to ensure seamless service.
- Operate cash registers, collect payments, and balance beverage sales.
- Store and maintain inventory of beverages and food products.
- Order bar stock and manage inventory levels.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Enforce provincial liquor legislation and regulations.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including mixed drinks, wine, and beer.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment with 35 hours per week.
- English language proficiency.
