Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Inventory and Record Keeping
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Food Preparation and Presentation
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
    • Prepare food order summaries for the chef
    • Supervise and check the assembly of trays
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
  • Language
    • Fluent in English
  • Work Schedule
    • 30 to 40 hours per week
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position in a fast-paced food service environment. The successful candidate will be required to work in a team environment and be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
