Concordia Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Medical Officer to lead our medical staff and contribute to the performance of our organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing strategic medical management and leadership to our medical staff
  • Ensuring the highest quality of physician practice and patient care
  • Recruiting and retaining physicians and building partnerships with local fee-for-service physicians
  • Providing advice on medical and clinical matters to the Executive Team
  • Supporting and promoting Concordia Hospital's mission, vision, and values

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least five years of progressive experience in medical and healthcare administration
  • Eligibility for a medical staff appointment with the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • A commitment to quality and patient safety
