Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on automatic door operating equipment and other electro/mechanical systems.
- Record productive time versus travel time accurately.
- Maintain up-to-date records of work completed and parts used.
- Stay informed about changes to Stanley equipment and standards.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- AADAM Accreditation and a clean driving record are essential.
- Ability to work in various climates and lift up to 50-75lbs.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in automated door service or construction field installation.
- Associate degree in electrical, mechanical, or industrial field preferred.
- Prior experience as a Glazier or carpenter is a plus.
