A Brief Job Summary
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on automatic door operating equipment and other electro-mechanical systems as required.
- Record productive time versus travel time accurately.
- Maintain up-to-date records of work completed and parts used, adhering to established procedures.

Key Responsibilities
- Service and repair automatic doors and other electro-mechanical equipment in a profitable and proper manner.
- Perform preventive maintenance work in accordance with designated service programs for specific customers.
- Maintain company vehicles, tools, and property in good condition.
- Ensure adequate parts inventory for service vehicles and keep inventory logs up-to-date.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- AADAM Accreditation and a clean driving record are essential.
- Ability to work in various climates and lift up to 50-75lbs.

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience servicing automated doors and in the construction field installing door frames and windows.
- Associate degree in a related electrical, mechanical, or industrial field is preferred.
- Prior experience as a glazier installing glass doors or windows and carpentry experience are a plus.
