Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Connexions Ltd. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assign tasks and duties to sales staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Hire, train, and develop sales staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
- Authorize payments, manage cash, and maintain accurate records.
- Order merchandise, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Establish work schedules, manage staff attendance, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and move around the store.
