Job Summary:

The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes supervising staff, assigning duties, hiring and training new employees, and maintaining inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Assign sales workers to duties, ensuring that the store is adequately staffed at all times.
  • Hire and train new employees, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Maintain inventory levels, ensuring that the store is always stocked with the necessary products.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that the store is always well-stocked and organized.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Manage cash and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Conduct performance reviews, ensuring that staff are meeting their performance targets.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment:

The Retail Store Supervisor will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Work Schedule:

The Retail Store Supervisor will work a regular schedule of 30-35 hours per week.
