Job Title: Physiotherapy Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Physiotherapy Assistant to join our team at We Care Rehab Clinic. As a key member of our rehabilitation team, you will play a vital role in supporting our physiotherapists in providing high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer tests and instruct patients on test procedures, ensuring accurate results and effective treatment plans.
  • Assess patients' physical abilities and provide feedback to physiotherapists to inform treatment decisions.
  • Assist healthcare professionals with patient care, including setting up and dismantling equipment, cleaning and maintaining equipment, and preparing supplies.
  • Confer with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and maintain accurate records.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and maintaining inventory of equipment.
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Experience in a healthcare setting is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a client-focused approach.
