Job Title: Physiotherapy Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Physiotherapy Assistant to join our team at We Care Rehab Clinic. As a Physiotherapy Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our physiotherapists and occupational therapists in providing high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer tests and instruct patients on test procedures, recording results and monitoring equipment.
  • Assess patients' physical abilities and assist healthcare professionals in the assessment process.
  • Carry out treatment programs under the direction of physiotherapists and/or occupational therapists to rehabilitate patients with various injuries or disabilities.
  • Follow through on treatment programs with patients and maintain accurate records.
  • Confer with other health professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Willingness to relocate and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
