Job Summary:

This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales experience in our retail store. The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong communication skills, a passion for customer interaction, and a drive to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide COWS World Class Service to customers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  • Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge to effectively meet customer needs.
  • Restock merchandise, maintain store appearance, and ensure a clean and tidy environment.
  • Handle cash transactions, make change, and process sales.
  • Prepare the store for opening and closing, including setting up displays and visual merchandising.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal communication skills and ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of in-store merchandising and visual display techniques.
  • Reliable transportation and availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and bend as needed.

Other Requirements:

  • Availability from May/June to September.
