Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Island Retail Group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Assist customers with purchases, returns, and exchanges in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and promotions.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as processing transactions and maintaining store displays.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience an asset, but not necessary.
  • Full-time enrollment or part-time enrollment in school.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
