Job Title: Lead Office Services Associate

Job Summary:

Forrest Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and professional Lead Office Services Associate to fill our Receptionist role. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive impression and ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front desk, handling phone calls, and responding to inquiries with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Ensure clients and guests have a pleasant experience, addressing needs and requests with high-quality service.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for internal and external communication, relaying messages accurately.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, meeting room coordination, and office supply inventory management.
  • Collaborate with departments to schedule meetings and arrange facilities, ensuring all resources are available.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
