Job Title: Lead Office Services Associate

Job Summary:

Forrest Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and professional Lead Office Services Associate to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive impression and ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front desk, handling phone calls and inquiries with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients and guests have a pleasant experience.
  • Coordinate internal and external communication, relaying messages accurately and managing schedules.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, mail distribution, and meeting room coordination.
  • Monitor office supply inventory and ensure smooth office operations.
  • Collaborate with departments to schedule meetings and arrange facilities.
  • Participate in safety drills and training to maintain a secure workplace environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
