Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of control systems and cyber security standards.
  • Manage a team of engineers and technicians to design, implement, and maintain control systems.
  • Develop and maintain policies and standards related to control systems.
  • Collaborate with IT and OT teams to ensure effective integration and communication.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary degree in Engineering from a recognized Canadian institution.
  • 8+ years of combined equivalent work experience and education in the fields of engineering and project management.
  • Professional Engineer designation by Professional Engineers Ontario.
  • Experience in people management and leadership.
  • Strong technical and business skills, with a focus on operational technology and cyber security.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a customer-centric environment.
  • Ability to obtain and retain Transportation Security Clearance.
