About the Role

The Ontario International Airport is seeking a highly skilled Systems Analyst III to join their team. As a key member of the IT department, this individual will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to ensure the smooth operation of the airport's systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and guidance to ensure the smooth operation of the airport's systems
  • Develop and implement technical solutions to improve system performance and efficiency
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design, test, and implement new systems and processes
  • Lead change control and ensure seamless implementation of new system rollouts and upgrades
  • Resolve technical issues through active troubleshooting and diagnostic research
  • Manage third-party vendor relationships as necessary
  • Regularly monitor system performance, efficiency, and usage
  • Uphold data governance and data integrity within the Workday modules and all integrated applications
  • Monitor tickets and respond to daily support requests
  • Write standard, advanced, matrix, and composite reports as well as create complex calculated fields, custom objects, and worksheets
  • Stay up-to-date on new feature releases and lead any maintenance
  • Design job aids and develop and lead user trainings
  • Liaise with the Workday Community to access best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 5+ years of ERP systems administration, preferably in an IT enterprise support environment
  • Previous Workday implementation and administration in HCM/Finance/Payroll experience required
  • Experience supporting integrations, preferably with an iPaaS tool such as Boomi

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+ or Cisco CCNA
  • Valid Driver's License equivalent to a California Class C driver's license
  • Acceptable driving record at time of appointment and throughout employment
