About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at Liquor Planet Morinville. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our liquor store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 3-4 sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless store operations.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing losses.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and addressing customer requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Merchandising and Sales: Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales growth, and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience
  • Skills: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, reliable, and a team player
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and possess excellent communication and leadership skills.
