Liquor Store Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at Liquor Planet Morinville. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring a positive customer experience, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
- Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business objectives
- Authorize payments, order merchandise, and manage inventory
- Establish work schedules and supervise staff to ensure efficient store operations
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Reliability, accuracy, and a client-focused approach
- Permanent position
- 30 to 40 hours per week
- English language required
