Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and developing strategic partnerships.

About the Role

  • Lead the development of business strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, industry trends, and competitor analysis.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business plans and initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of business activities, including sales performance, customer interactions, and market intelligence.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on business performance and market trends.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and expanding customer bases.
  • Strong understanding of market trends, competitor analysis, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
