Job Summary

EMCO Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our National Accounts team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our national accounts customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective customer service and support to national accounts customers
  • Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Process sales orders and bids generated through phone and email transactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with national accounts customers

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work well in a team-based environment with minimal supervision
  • Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines
  • Ability to maintain positive relationships with team members, vendors, and customers
  • Computer literacy with Microsoft Office and proficiency in INFOR M3 and QUICKBASE
  • Knowledge of the lighting, plumbing, restroom partitions and accessories, tile, water heater, and HVAC industries is an asset
