Grosche International Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Advertising and Promotions Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and results-driven professional to develop and implement effective advertising and promotions strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute communication strategies to engage target audiences
  • Evaluate and optimize marketing programs to ensure maximum impact
  • Train staff on marketing best practices and strategies
  • Coordinate special events and promotions to drive brand awareness
  • Initiate and maintain relationships with media outlets
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform marketing decisions
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of marketing materials
  • Manage and maintain digital databases
  • Write and edit press releases, newsletters, and other communications materials
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing and advertising
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
