Job Title: Advertising and Promotions Specialist

Grosche International Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Advertising and Promotions Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Advertising and Promotions Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies to promote our brand and products. This includes creating and executing marketing campaigns, managing social media presence, and analyzing marketing data to inform future strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Communication Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote our brand and products.
  • Evaluate Communication Strategies and Programs: Analyze marketing data to assess the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement Communication Strategies and Programs: Execute marketing campaigns, manage social media presence, and coordinate special events and promotions.
  • Train Staff: Provide training and support to staff on marketing and communication strategies.
  • Co-ordinate Special Publicity Events and Promotions: Plan and execute special events and promotions to promote our brand and products.
  • Initiate and Maintain Contact with the Media: Establish and maintain relationships with media outlets to secure press coverage and promote our brand.
  • Conduct Analytical Marketing Studies: Analyze marketing data to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Develop Portfolio of Marketing Materials: Create and maintain a portfolio of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content.
  • Conduct Online Marketing, E-commerce and Website Promotions: Develop and execute online marketing campaigns to promote our brand and products.
  • Develop Marketing Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote our brand and products.
  • Maintain and Manage Digital Database: Manage and maintain our digital database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Write and Edit Press Releases, Newsletter and Communications Materials: Create and edit press releases, newsletters, and other communications materials to promote our brand and products.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in marketing and communications.
Work Setting:

This is a permanent position with 37.5 hours per week. The work language is English.
