Job Title: Advertising and Promotions Specialist

Grosche International Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Advertising and Promotions Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to promote our brand and products.
  • Evaluate and improve existing communication programs to ensure maximum impact.
  • Train staff on marketing and communication best practices.
  • Coordinate special events and promotions to engage with our target audience.
  • Initiate and maintain relationships with media outlets to secure coverage.
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of marketing materials, including websites, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in advertising and promotions, or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including segmentation, targeting, and positioning.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
