Restaurant Operations Manager

At Burger King, we are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, with experience in managing teams, controlling budgets, and implementing operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns and provide excellent customer service
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in restaurant management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
