Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Reitmans (Canada) Limited. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in leading our store team to achieve sales and profit goals, while providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales and profit goals
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to improve their sales and customer service skills
  • Implement merchandise strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment that inspires customers to shop
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve store objectives and KPI goals

Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years of leadership and supervisory experience in a customer experience-based environment
  • Proven ability to lead teams to success through strong sales performance
  • High School graduate or GED equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and committed to creating an amazing customer experience
